Management Team
Our management comprises of the following key people, who bring a wealth of knowledge and real world expertise to execute the program:
Joel Sutton is currently Executive Direction for Life’s 4 Living, a UK based charity that provides live-saving health treatments, not covered by the NHF, to families caring for severely ill or disabled children. Joel heads the program’s fundraising strategy and has built close relationships with local businesses. He has also designed a unique training program that trained and managed over 100 part time and volunteer fundraisers. Under Joel’s leadership, revenues increased from $0 to $70,000 per month in 6 months. Prior to this, Joel was Business Development & Marketing Consultant for Energy Clinic, a spa and wellness company in Hamburg, Germany. Joel was responsible for the successful media launch of Energy Clinic Hamburg, and led the global New Product design and development effort. With overall responsibility for PR, Marketing and Sales, Joel raised the profile of the London Energy Clinic as measured by extensive international media coverage and established and trained the first successful sales team selling corporate wellness solutions to London’s investment banks and law firms.
Mary Schilling-Lorio is currently Executive Director and co-founder of Hidden Potential Project. Mary worked together with 2 other founding members over the last eight years to create the HPP program, developed the Potential Discovery Course and Potential Planning Course, and created the 4-step formula that is now HPP. Mary recruited over 100 fundraising volunteers and has raised $10,200 so far. Prior to Hidden Potential, Mary was the Global Head of Product Development at Energy Clinic, a European spa and wellness brand, in London. At Energy Clinic, Mary developed the rejuvenation program, which is a wellness program that incorporates the principles of Asian holistic therapies (i.e. relaxation, acupressure, herbal medicine, healthy lifestyle advice, massage, etc). She developed the complete franchise package and launched the program in six months and rolled it out to three counties to date. Mary holds a degree in the field of Life Consultancy.
